Your data is stored in a secured database hosted by Neon (PostgreSQL). Access is restricted to authorized Venus Built staff. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate:

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — to generate project estimates. Your project description is sent to the AI; no other personal data is shared.
• Resend — to deliver emails (estimates, invoices, follow-ups).
• Cloudinary — to store project photos you upload.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@venusbuilt.com.
